I shot this quite a while ago and it’s been sitting on desktop for ages. It’s one of my favourite skate shots I’ve taken, with one of the most driven skaters in SA you could shoot with (Dlamini Dlamini). The slide is quite narrow and the floor was pretty slippery but Dlamini slayed it a couple of times for me to get the shot I wanted. Shots like this keep me stoked for days.

Last Friday I flew into Cape Town, signed on as a Red Bull Photographer (more on that soon) and then headed straight to Worcester to get Ramfaced at one of the best music festivals I’ve ever attended, Ramfest. I got to see bands I’ve been trying to see for ages (Lark, The Narrow, Taxi Violence, Dirty Skirts etc) and man alive was I stoked on how good the acts were. Here are a few snaps I shot.
