I now get paid to hang out with family! Red Bull just signed up my little cousin Bradley Cox so needing some images Brad and myself had a nice early morning on Saturday at Springfield Dirt Mania. It became apparent Brad doesn’t believe in warm up laps as he was a bat out of hell from the second the bike started. It also seemed his throttle doesn’t open up enough for him. Keep your eye on him. You’ve never met a more determined, confident athlete in your life. Here are some highlights from the shoot.

Happy New Year.. 2012 came and is flying by so fast. I am so manic but needed to sneak this little guy on here. My wife gave me an iPhone 4s and here’s a photo from it. Have lots to upload this month so check back soon.

My brother and his lady left just over two weeks ago to live in Canada for a year. These are from a weekend getaway just before they left.

I had been saying I was going to do this for ages and now I am. Thank you to Jacki Bruniquel for bursting my procrastination bubble!!
So this is the deal. I am going to be doing two, two day lighting workshops in late January 2012. One over a weekend and one during the week. Dates will be confirmed shortly with venue but just putting this out there to feel which weekend / dates suite those interested.
The workshops will cover: getting to know your flash; on camera light; off camera light; multiple off camera light; light shaping; flash durations and a bunch more interesting aspects. Speedlights are affordable, weigh very little and most importantly are easily transportable allowing you to manipulate light on the go in most scenarios. What you want to achieve with them will be your decision, my job is to teach how to get what you want without the headache.
Please get in touch if you interested. I will have remote triggers for you to play with should you not have your own. This will be a hands on workshop and you’ll get to see your progress as we go. I will be posting images often on my Tyrone Bradley Photography facebook page to show examples of work purely lit with speedlights. If you need me to email you the flyer for better legibility please email me on tyrone (at) tyronebradley.co.za
Kiff.
